Returns
Thank you for shopping at X Factors Motorsport. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@xfactorsmotorsports.com within 60 days of receiving your purchase. Please provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Credit Card Payments: Refunds may take 5-7 business days to be reflected in your account, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Other Payment Methods: Refund processing times may vary.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact our customer support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 72 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
