At X Factors Motorsports, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Returns Policy outlines your rights and our procedures in compliance with U.S. consumer protection laws and Google Merchant Center requirements.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and documentation.

  • Certain products may be non-returnable due to their nature, including custom or special-order items, clearance merchandise, and items marked “Final Sale.”

  • Engines, motors, and electrical components that have been installed, fueled, or operated are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).

  3. We will provide return instructions, including the correct return address.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or the wrong item was shipped.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance for your return.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect shipments.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested exchange item is not in stock, we will issue a refund per our refund policy.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the damage/defect.

  • We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.
