RideTech 1958 Chevrolet Coilover Suspension Systems
RideTech 1958 Chevrolet coilover suspension systems are specifically designed for the 1958 Chevy B-body cars (including the Impala, Del Ray, Bel Air, Biscayne, Brookwood, and Nomad). They include everything needed to provide a lowered stance with dramatically improved handling and ride quality. These kits contain front upper and lower StrongArms, front and rear MuscleBars, plus front and rear HQ Series coilovers. Features, items, and specs:
* Must be used with 1959-64 stock spindles and disc brakes
* Black powdercoated upper StrongArms feature corrected ball joint angles, and are fully assembled with ball joints, bushing, and cross shafts
* Upper ball joints moved back to allow for additional caster setting (improves high speed stability and steering feel)
* Black powdercoated lower StrongArms feature a double sheer lower mount for increased strength, and are fully assembled with ball joints, bushing, and cross shafts
* HQ Series Shockwaves allow fine-tuning and deliver excellent ride quality and handling with a 1,000,0001 mile warranty (rebound knob located on top of shock for underhood access)
* Hyperco springs provide a consistent spring rate that will last a lifetime
* Front MuscleBar helps reduce body roll and creates room for wider front tires (includes PosiLink endlinks that provide immediate engagement between chassis and control arms)
* Rear MuscleBar
* Rear StrongArms provide added strength to help get the power to the pavement (includes a tubular upper wishbone specific to the 1958 model year)
