The preconfigured Cummins 80kW Agriculture Generator features a robust design for operation in extreme environments and conditions. The standard cooling system handles temperatures up to 122° Fahrenheit and comes equipped with coolant heaters for reliable starts in temperatures down to -40° Fahrenheit. Count on reliable power and fast response to changing loads from the rugged 4.5 liter 4-cycle diesel engine.

The Alternator features 2/3 pitch windings and low waveform distortion on non-linear loads. Battle short mode overrides faults that would normally shut the generator down. The alternator has the capability to clear short-circuit faults.

The C80D6C 80kW Diesel Generator is UL-2200 listed and meets U.S. EPA SI Stationary Emission Regulation 40 CFR, Part 60.

Cummins 80kW Agriculture Generator Engine and Alternator

The QSB5 is a 4.5 liter inline diesel engine designed for reliable power and exceptional response to changing load conditions. It has a cast-iron block and comes equipped with a 50-amp battery charging alternator. Rated at 1800 RPM, the engine uses a spin-on oil filter with pressure relief valve.

Cummins’ brushless 4-pole revolving field alternator is drip proof with a 2/3 pitch rotor for a no-load to full-load waveform distortion of less than 5% and less than 3% for any single harmonic. A direct drive centrifugal blower cools the alternator.
